Attorney Dawn D. Hallman, founder of Hallman & Associates, P.C., has been advising residents of Oklahoma on estate planning and administration issues for over 10 years. Ms. Hallman obtained a BBA in Accounting and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma. Ms. Hallman limits her practice to wealth transfer planning; estate planning, including trusts (revocable, irrevocable, charitable and special needs trusts); trust administration; tax planning; probate; and business organizations, including corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. She is a member of Wealth Counsel. Ms. Hallman is a lecturer on topics of estate planning an asset protection in continuing education programs for attorney, financial advisors, CPAs and thier clients.
